I'm passionate about supporting deep inner healing and helping clients discover their capacity to create meaningful change in their lives. As a clinical social worker, I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from children through elders—addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life's most challenging transitions. I'm particularly drawn to working with adoption-related issues, trauma history, betrayal trauma, scrupulosity, and questions around spirituality and faith. My approach is holistic and tailored to you: I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused work, and art therapy, depending on what serves you best. I also offer Christian counseling for those seeking to integrate their faith with healing. I believe everyone deserves to live a life aligned with their values, and I'm here to help you get there. I provide both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept multiple insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients.
